Hello and welcome to my store!

Things that you have to know about shopping at and shipping from my store:

My main interest in life is conservation of traditional crafts.That means that I am a crafts keeper and not a shopkeeper. It also means that I am not bound to my computer... However, I will make any effort to ship your order as soon as I get it, and no more than one week, unless I've informed you otherwise.

Payments: can be done via PayPal or directly to my account. If you choose the second option please contact me by email or via "find me" and I'll send you the information.

Shipping: If not otherwise requested, delivery will be by the Israeli post, and there are few options: 

• Standard mail - takes about 2-3 weeks to the u.s, less to Europe, more to Australia.

• Ems - Has a full  tracking and insurance and takes 5 business days to any place, Even less to Europe. Delivery to your door. This is the fastest and most expensive way.

• Eco post - for small packages only, (2kg\4lb max) has a full tracking, and takes about 8 days. The service doesn't include all countries.

Prices vary according to weight, size, and location of delivery. 

The prices in the store refer to ems post only, and do not include some countries that the delivery to them is more expensive. 

If your order is small and light, or if you prefer a cheaper delivery option - please contact me by email to discuss the best way, there might be few possibilities.

Gift wrapping and packaging: I try to use only recycled materials for packaging and not to buy any new plastic or cardboard. It means that you might recieve a box or cardboard with prints, or packaging that looks used. If you wish to get new materials please contact me and ask for it. It might cost a bit more depending on the size of the item.

Taxes: My prices are free of local taxes, but buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I can not be responsible for delays due to customs.

colors\ pictures: I do my best to provide accurate pictures but please remember that colors can vary on different monitors, and that pictures are not reality...

  Also -In the case of products that are not one of a kind the picture in the store page will not be the item that you will  actually get, and slight differences might occur- this is the nature of hand made.

Returns: I would hope you love your purchase and won't need to return it, however if you do please message me and let me know. 
Ship the merchandise you'd like to return back to my address. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving it in its original, saleable condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of return the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. Money return will be via PayPal within 14 days of receiving the item unless otherwise agreed between us.
